Where are you based? Do you have a shop?

Our Luxe Crystal boutique is located at 17/50 James St in Burleigh Heads on Gold Coast. Inside the Big B Arcade. 

We also offer local pick up.

 

How much is postage?

Australia wide:

Regular post: $10 flat rate for regular Australian domestic orders 

Express post: $12 flat rate for express post domestic Australian 

Orders over $150: Free express post shipping domestically

 

Please note larger or heavier items over 2kg will incur additional fees, the cost will be calculated at check out. 

Postage costs are for single order only, all items must be in the same order to qualify for free shipping. 

Total value excludes gift cards and vouchers. 

 

Local pick up:

We offer free local pick up available to select as an option at check out for customers who would like to pick up from our Burleigh Heads Luxe Crystal Boutique.

 

International:

Pricing specific to your country will be available at check out. Please be aware that some countries charge extra import taxes and are not included in our shipping costs. Not all products are available to be shipped internationally including large and heavy items. 

  

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of ordering (business days); we will put an announcement on the website or email you directly if there are any shipping delays.

Express post is based off the speed of Australia Post, still allow 2 business days for dispatch from HQ. 

Pre-orders - how do they work?

All orders that include a pre-order will only be shipped until all items on pre-order have become available. This saves on postage and the environment.

We do get that sometimes things happen and you want items early. If you choose to have one of your items shipped earlier, then contact us via enquiries@soulquartz.com . Our team will split your order and you will be charged any additional shipping costs. Free express shipping is only for orders where all items valued over $150 are shipped together, if you split your order and have received free shipping, you will need to pay both shipping costs. 

Alternatively, if you wish to add additional items to your pre-order, please contact us prior to shipping as we may be able to add items to your order. 

Apporx shipping dates are listed on pre-order individual products. These dates are approximate and can change.

Where are your crystals from?

We lovingly hand select each stone to use in our jewellery as well as the crystals for your home. Tegan and the team visit stockists and suppliers around Australia who source the stones from all over the globe. The majority of our large crystals for your home have been sourced from Madagascar and Brazil. 

Do you take custom orders?

We offer bespoke designs from our boutique, using the combination of designs we create. Please email us at enquiries@soulquartz.com to organise a consult. 

We also offer VIP gift packs for clients, retreats and special events. Email us to organise a consult call.

When will an item be back in stock?

Register for our Back in Stock emails if something you are after is out of stock. This is the most efficient way to get updates. 

Do you offer wholesale?

We wholesale our Soul Quartz jewellery range to selected bricks and mortar boutiques. Contact us at enquiries@soulquartz.com and we will forward you a wholesale request form to complete.
